Order Cancellation:
Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as the item has not yet been shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. To request cancellation, please contact our support team with your order number.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are available only for unused and unopened toys returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories included. Refunds will not be accepted for toys that show signs of use, handling damage, or missing parts. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as electronic kits, DIY kits, craft sets, and opened educational toys cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Customers must share clear photos or videos of the issue for verification. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Refund Processing:
Once the returned toy is received and inspected, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Shipping fees, cash-on-delivery charges, and international customs charges are non-refundable unless the product was delivered defective or incorrect.
